GWSI Philadelphia is the flagship in the GWSI portfolio of warehouses. It is strategically located along the Delaware waterfront directly off the I-95 corridor outside of Philadelphia, PA. Since 2010 GWSI has been on the leading edge of providing warehouse solutions for a variety of customers globally. GWSI is tactically located on 60 acres of land with 3,800 accessible waterfront and is comprised of 3 facilities totaling 1,000,000 square feet of space. The property also has 2.5 miles of “shared assets” rail with rail spurs leading into each individual warehouse.

There is direct access to I-95 and I-76 and is only 10 miles from the Port of Philadelphia, PA. Both the CSX and Norfolk Southern regional intermodal transfer facilities. It is centrally positioned only 90 miles from New York and the DC Metro corridor, GWSI customers find our location ideal to service their clients.

GWSI PHL is a US Customs Bonded facility and can handle storage for all commodities. The location is also FDA & AIB certified food grade and container freight stations (CES). Additionally, it is also a PLCB licensed facility.
